The Sanctity of Thirteen is a glimpse into the sacred moments in which girls are transitioning to women aside each other. The first sips of champagne, the first taste of self-awareness, the self-disclosure, the physical closeness, the intimacy of all female spaces are all themes in this piece. I hold reverence for those moments, in which I first experienced the first uncorrupted touch, unconditional love.
